Girl Scouts: Recycle your markers at NCS!

Our local girl scout troup will be collecting and recycling used markers that are ready to be discarded.   The markers will be collected by the girl scouts and sent to a facility to be converted into clean fuel.  This fuel can be used to power vehicles, heat homes, cook meals and more!

Please help support our girl scout troop's efforts by sending used markers to school. They do not have to be crayola markers. Drop off boxes will be available to place markers in.

Thanks for your help!

CLC YMCA SHOUTOUT for August 2015

Families are beginning to ask about after school activities for students in K-??.   Please check this link for the YMCA's CLC YMCA SHOUTOUT.

Not only does this link offer information/registration about afterschool programs for Nobleboro students, it also contains some great information about opportunities being offered for kids at the CLC YMCA in the coming weeks (summer camps, etc).

By mid-August the YMCA will provide a fall schedule of offerings.   Here's the link to the Y's webpage:   http://www.clcymca.org/
