Adult ed: LEARN TO JUGGLE & FIRE UP YOUR NEURONS

Instructor: Liz Giles-Brown
Physical activity is as much for the brain as it is for the body. Discover why and how, as you add another physical activity option to your repertoire and learn how to juggle. We’ll begin with a simple step-by-step process of learning, and you’ll walk away with a physical activity that can serve to oxygenate, energize, and integrate your brain – anytime and anywhere.
Come willing to learn through trial and error and be prepared for fun and laughter! Parents and grandparents, feel free to enroll a young learner as well (at least eight years old)!

With 31 years of teaching experience, Liz Giles-Brown, owner of Learning On The Move, uses movement, music, rhythm & rhyme to teach children, adults, and educators the brain-body benefits of infusing school/work days with movement and physical activity.

The class will be held at GSB from 6:00 to 7:15 pm and runs for four weeks Tuesdays, February 4 to March 3 with no class on February 18 due to winter break. The cost of the class is $44, or half price for students 8-12. Register through AOS93 ADULT ED by January 31 and save an additional $5 per registration with our EARLYBIRD discount.
